David Logan was as an Associate Dean of Executive Education at USC from 2001 to 2004. During that time, he began studying a Master's Degree in Medical Management. He also initiated new executive education programs with organizations such as Health Foundation, Northrop Grumman and the City of Los Angeles. He’s the co-founder and senior partner at CultureSync, a management consulting firm. David also works for some Fortune 500 companies, governments and nonprofit organizations. Logan's studies emphasize on people communication within a company and the way people can use their natural qualities to make changes from within. He’s the author of the best-selling book Tribal Leadership and he’s a current teacher of Management and Leadership in the USC Executive MBA.
